At this time, we do not process payments or orders directly through the website. Orders are coordinated manually through email or messaging. Payment methods, delivery or pickup instructions, and timing will be arranged individually.

Return and Refund Policy

At Spoleto Farms, every product is made in small batches with care, intention, and natural ingredients. Because of the handcrafted and personal nature of our offerings, we do not accept general returns. However, we want you to feel good about what you receive—so we’ll always do our best to make things right.

🌿 All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable and personal nature of our products (such as herbal remedies, bug spray, tinctures), all sales are final and non-refundable once shipped, delivered, or picked up.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll ask for a photo of the issue and do our best to offer:

A replacement (if available)
Or a store credit for a future purchase

💡 Custom Orders & Fresh Goods

Custom-made items (like sourdough by request) and fresh goods are not eligible for return or refund unless there’s a verified issue with your order.
